Return Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases, it is recommended you check over your order upon receipt. Please contact us immediately for return authorization, within 24 hours, should you need to return or exchange any items. Any such items must be returned in original package, unopened, as new and unused to receive an exchange. Products returned to us, unopened, in their original condition within 30 days from date of shipping will be refunded the purchase price less shipping and handling cost. Additional shipping charges are the customers responsibility. No credit will be given for unsellable returns. If product is returned without prior authorization there will be a 20% restocking charge.

Make sure to include your name, phone number and a copy of your original invoice in your returned package. We recommend you use insured UPS or US Priority Mail to ensure your return can be tracked and not lost in transit.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable for returns unless it is due to an error on our part or the product is defective. If defective, we will replace with product ordered upon return of the unused product.

Your credit card will be credited or an exchange unit will be sent once we receive and inspect the product. Most credit card companies will post the credit to your account within 48 hours, but it may take up to 2 weeks before your credit is posted.

All returns are processed within 10 business days of the receipt of returned resellable merchandise. Refunds, when applicable, will be issued as soon a possible. Credit card companies vary in their processes of posting credits back to your account.

Due to the high cost of shipping overseas, we cannot reimburse shipping charges.
